Returns
At DJËBY Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the item and packaging so we can issue a replacement or full refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Standard return shipments can be handled via trusted carriers such as USPS.
